When you request your free custom searches, two things are going to happen.
- Search results will be delivered to your email automatically when your property specifications are matched to changes in the MLS Database.
- We are going to customize your searches to tighter specifications or options than the public is allowed access too. Thus, you get to see everything a Realtor is able to see in the database. Custom searches can include a whole host of information from sold data, price changes, off market, days on market, subdivisions, school districts, etc. As a REO (lender owned)bargain hunter , would knowing how much per square foot recent sales in close proximity to a property you are considering be helpful?
